For 18 years Tracy and Greg have worked alongside one another with the same goals and values of providing unparalleled customer service. With over 60 years combined experience in the automotive industry, they ensure their customers and smooth and seamless repair experience.

Tracy and his wife Rose have lived in the Olive Branch community for over 20 years and have raised four daughters, a mutt and a coon hound.

Tracy started in the automotive business shortly after high school as a technician changing oil and rotating tires. His hard work and dedication to providing customers an excellent service experience allowed him to work his way up at an award winning dealership. 

From technician, to shop foreman, to Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician and service director, Tracy has spent his career dedicated to honest service from the top down. 

Using his 21 years of  experience at a large dealership as a foundation, he aims to bring high quality customer service to the Olive Branch community. 

Born and raised in Memphis, Greg has worked in the Memphis automotive industry for over 30 years. He has raised one daughter with his wife of 27 years.

Beginning as a service writer at just 18 years old, he excelled quickly in the industry. He spent 12 years with Sears & National Tire and Battery and managed multiple locations for over 6 of those years. 

Before Your Town Automotive, he worked in the service department for a Memphis Area Toyota dealership where he achieved top 10% in the nation in customer service for multiple years. He also earned the distinctions of ASE Master Technician and Toyota Master Service Manager as well as the company's top producing service consultant.
